What is the Booster Club?

The Cleveland High School Booster Club is a group of parents, relatives, teachers, administrators, alumni and friends of CHS who support the school's athletics program.

The Booster Club's Purpose

The purpose of the Booster Club is to promote and support student athletes and their programs. The club works with coaches, school administrators, local businesses, teachers, parents and alumni to encourage membership in the club and to support Cleveland athletics. Money raised by the Booster Club is disbursed to teams and programs that request financial support for a long-term benefit for their program and participants. The club’s money primarily addresses needs that otherwise might not be achieved through team fundraising.

Membership

Become a Booster Club member. Membership is only $10.00.

While it is not required that you be a member to participate in any volunteer activities or to attend the monthly meetings, membership fees support the athletics program at Cleveland. With your membership you would also be eligible to vote regarding grant requests.

Monthly Planning Meetings

The Booster Club meets for one hour (at 6:30 p.m.) the first Monday of every month at the Eastmoreland Golf Course Grill. The Athletics Director and a Vice Principal attend to keep club members informed about all things related to the CHS Athletics Program. We have a great time and would LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US!

Volunteer Opportunities

Booster Club members support CHS athletics teams in part by volunteering their time to assist with various tasks at athletic and fundraising events. View or print a list of Booster Club volunteer opportunities (PDF).

Fundraising Events

The Cleveland Booster Club maintains a comprehensive calendar that lists fundraising events for the athletics program in general or for the various athletics teams. View or print the Booster Club fundraising calendar. Current fundraisers include:

Donations Sought for Stadium Sound System

Additional Information

Donation Form

Cleveland's stadium needs a new sound system. The current system is antiquated, produces more static than useful sound and limits opportunities for students to perform. The Booster Club is seeking direct donations to help pay for the cost of a new sound system, which can be purchased and installed for roughly $7,000.
